The Zibo Mainstream Regulation (Linzi Section) Project in Zibo City is a provincial key emergency flood control project. The main tasks are the regulation of the mainstream Zihe River and the construction of buildings on the mainstream Zihe River. The main river channel is designed according to the once-in-20-year flood control standard, and the local sections are designed according to the once-in-50-year flood control standard.
